Coverage limitations from waiting periods, deductibles, coinsurance, or policy limits may also apply. Premiums may increase at renewal based on various factors like a pet’s age, breed, location, or claim history depending on the plan selected. Wellness plans not available in all states.
Reimbursement example reflects Modular Plan Accident, Illness and optional Congenital & Hereditary rider as well as the optional Cruciate rider added after the first year of coverage, with $5,000 annual limit for each category, 80% reimbursement, and a $250 annual deductible. This plan may not be available in all areas. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Veterinary bill amount is based on expenses incurred in the first 30 days after initial diagnosis.

What's not covered
While Nationwide cat insurance provides extensive coverage, there are a few things that aren't covered.
